Advice about a guy im kind of seeing...?

I am in the middle of a divorce it is almost done. I have been seperated a year and we havent had sex in almost 2 years. I havent lived with him in a year divorced is this ok? He thinks im cimpletely divorced, I feel guilty for some reason for not correcin him. But we will be divorced soon. And this new guy knows I want nothing serious. I just feel it is a peice of paper and my heatt hadnt bern in the marriage the whole time. Please nice abswers
