Really think its a matter of choice, se has better screen in terms of richness because screen is alot smaller, i personally love the screen and size on the n73, i know it dont have a2dp, but i love the fact that nokias always ring in my ear thru bluetooth and i can even listen to my music or play games and it works thru the bluetooth, rf might be the same but if push comes to shove and u needed a signal desperately my money goes with nokia, style strictly opinion, camera varying opinions, from the consensus, n73 better daytime, k790 better nightime, and a major point for me is the offline mode in a nokia, as opposed to music mode in the sony, with the nokia u can still do everything but call, with the sony, u can only listen to music and videos, not sure if this is the case with the k790/k800, so can someone enlighten me, but to me thats huge difference also, i load games on to pass the time as well as music , as well as video they also say the k790 handles higher video quality not sure if thats the case, but the n73 will definetly handle more formats i believe, avi, files which are excellent to watch movies in. Bottom line is what do u want your phone to do, on my n73 i have a full dictionary, niv bible old and new testament, also love the active display for my calendar and to do notes. N73 by far is so much more powerful, and sony is a great cell phone with more on it and functionality of lets say the motos or lg's or samsungs out there.
