I'm currently studying Advanced Higher French which means I have to write 2 essays in English for a folio. I've already done a first draft on 'Au Revoir Les Enfants' and was wondering whether I should do my 2nd essay on 'Huis Clos' or a background topic, most likely French cinema or the EU from a French perspective. The essay has to be analytical so I'm unsure if the b/g topics would be easy to pass in. Can someone give me some advice?
