Deadline is tomorrow and i have been researching to no avail! The aim of my investigation is to see whether or not there is any effect on digestive enzymes activity with the presence of common drugs.
I know that it must be conducted in a water bath set to human body temperature, but i am unsure as to measure the enzyme activity as in the end point reaction! the general procedure would have a control of enzymes just reacting to its substrate but again i don't know when the reaction is finished and i was planning on using several different enzymes. and with the presence of drugs how do i know the endpoint has been reached? what can i use? just panicking as its for tomorrow and there's not been much information about this type of investigation
i assumed that the human digestive enzymes will produce your typical products, using enzymes such as amylase, pepsin, trypin
