I have a Windows 7 laptop with Firefox installed (which I use primarily over Internet Explorer), and every time I attempt to open a PDF file on either browser, Adobe Reader doesn't work correctly. A "blank" message pops up (it literally has no text on it), along with an all-black page in place of what would normally be the PDF file Adobe Reader would've opened up. I've looked on the Adobe website itself for support, but there's really nothing on there addressing this sort of issue, and I really don't know where else to go. This problem is starting to become a hindrance in my internet browsing, especially when I'm trying to access things like my paystub online, or certain forms. Anyone know of any solutions? Any advice to help fix this would be greatly appreciated.
