Adobe Premiere CS4 Media Offline? I know where media is and it shows my cut?

I Have adobe premiere CS4 i have edited a video i can see my cuts but now that i have came back all files are offline? what the hell? Please help i cant find anything else to do and if i dont i will have to pain stakingly start all over again:(
Disregard This I Magically Fixed the Problem .
