I have a photo that is 6 megapixels. I have a photo frame that is 1.5 inches by 1 inch. When I reduce the big picture to 1.5x1 and then put it on a 4x6 matte and flatten the file, the picture comes by very pixelated from the photo place. How do I get the big picture to print nicely at 1.5x1? I know it is small so the detail isn't going to be great, but the final results the way I did it look terrible.
