adobe photoshop cs4...something wrong with my pc or tblet?

well recently my tablet has started acting wierd, whenever i try to draw something on a canvas the pressure levels change randomly from no pen pressure to pen pressure...and sometimes the brushe sizes changes randomly too...i have intous 3 latest drivers what else can i do to solve this issue?
