Adobe GoLive HTML Text effects?????????????????????

I'm using Adobe GoLive, and I've just started to use HTML. So lets say I want the word: Hello :In black, I would type:
<font color= Black> Hello </font>

Now lets say I want this text to move, or flash or have some sort of effect. Any HTML codes would be great. (Remember that they need to work on adobe GoLive, the <blink> code doesnt work)
