For a while now, when I go on the internet and want to watch clips on youtube or iPlayer or something like that, it tells me that I need to download the new version of Adobe Flash Player. So that's fine, and I follow the link to the site, and click 'Agree and Install now'. But nothing happens. Well, it goes on to the page where it tells you that you may need to click the gold bar that pops up at the top of the screen in order to start the download. But I don't get a gold bar. Literally nothing happens, although there doesn't seem to be a problem with the site. So there is no way for me to download Flash Player. At first I thought maybe it was because you are supposed to have all other browser windows closed and I didn't, so then I closed everything and tried again, and it still wouldn't work. So I don't understand. Anyway, thanks if you read all that, and I hope someone knows the solution.
