Adobe Flash Player Troubleee! Help me pleasee:)?

Okay so a few months ago my dad delted like everything on the lap top.So when he did this he deleted Adibe flash player.I really really need it on the laptop but everytime I try downloading it it doesn't work.Can someone please tell me whats wrong..

What does it say when it doesn't work? Try downloading a different browser like Google Chrome or something and use that to download it.
