Adobe flash player settings won't allow me to use my webcam!?

Every time i try and use my webcam with facebook, meebo, or youtube it says the flash player settings wont allow it and give me a small grey box with allow, or deny--all of which i cant even click on!

I have the latest adobe settings
latest browers-Firefox IE8, Chrome, Safari

Its doing the same thing to them all!
