Adobe Flash Player problem...?

well: according to "Add-0ns it is the same as Hardware for
Computers & Internet that has Internet Explorer 7 also if they
send you notice about problems with Service yourself must
report this towards AT&T Yahoo ! Help/My Computer com/support
plus these will have online help 24x7

I can not view flash content...
i have downloaded the latest flash player, restarted my computer...etc.
i even went to trouble shooting and did everything they said.

and now everytime i go to a website it says "Would you like Activex to run?" or something, and i click 'yes', but the flash stuff still does not show up !

I'm using Internet Explorer. help?
