Look at your programs you have 2 Internet explorer .One listed as Internet explorer and one listed as Internet Explorer (64bit) Make a shortcut of the regular one and use this.

I have tried to download it and this is what it tells me:Adobe Flash Player is not supported for playback in a 64-bit browser. However, you can run Flash Player in a 32-bit browser running on a 64-bit operating system.
Of course it doesn't explain how to change it or even what that all means. Any ideas?
Update, just tried the first solution and it didn't work, then tried the second, and yep, it works now
