Adobe Flash player isn't working help?

okay well i have a laptop and recently i have been having issues with the internet screwing up because of the router. well i havn't been on the laptop in a week and i came back over to my dads house for the weekend and my flash drive isn't working it says plug ins need to be installed but iv re installed adobe flash player 12 times in the past 2 days and nothing is working iv tried restarting my computer and nothing has worked so on Myspace and Gaia online and even photobucket i can't do anything such as listen to music update profiles and fix pictures.
Im confused
