okay, so i have the right computer and browser thing checked on the player(windows XP and Firefox) and i hit install, a window pops up, and i click save file, it saves, i open it, and it says that firefox needs to be closed. even when it isnt opened, it says that, and wont install until i 'close' firefox, but its not even opened!!!
