Adobe Flash Player Help?

When I try to watch one of my friend's videos on Facebook, it says that I need to download Adobe Flash Player in order to view it. So I went to the site to download it, and I downloaded it. So then I went back to Facebook, and it STILL says I need the Flash Player!
Help please? I've done this over 10 times.
 
Go to the site, download the file, then RUN the file to install flash. I think you forgot that step :)

Always have to install what you download for it to work.
