Adobe Flash Player help?

I cant Install. I tried downloading it multiple time with restarting my computer as well. I have looked on yahoo answers and the FAQ on the Adobe webstie. I have tried uninstalling it and everything. Im using Mozilla firefox. Any help? Oh and i tried that one website where someone said it has helped 100's of people.Suggestions?

Maybe, firewall is obstructing you to install it.
