adobe flash player help?

on my computer i turn it on then i use then i turn it off....now every time i go to you tube or something that requires adobe flash player it makes me reinstall it why idk???....does anyone know what i can so i wont have to reinstall everytime i turn on my computer....thanks
 
I have answered this question 4 times in the last 2 days;;; does anyone ever read thru these questions to find some answer for themselves????? you cannot install adobe Flash over the top of an older version. you must remove the old version first. look in adobe support for the web page to uninstall or read some of the questions in this column.
