okay sorry but to be more specific , when i try to download adobe flash player on firefox, it says i need to close the following program, firefox, but i can't becasue the downloanding box is on the same page as firefox and if i close firefox i will close down, my download as well. so please help please! i got this to work on my desktop but not my laptop.
