my neice was using the computer and complained, asking why i dont have adobe flash player anymore.With permission she clicked on download the new version. now we keep getting an error message.
the box w/the red circle and x inside it comes up saying--- IEXPLORER.APPLICATION ERROR
inside this box it says---
The instructionat "0xiib90069" referenced a memory at '0xiib90068". the memory could not be written.
click ok to terminate the program
click cancel to debug the program.
This happens when i go to the adobe site and click the down load button. The computer stalls a moment then the above error comes up just before this message on the top of the screen
The site wants to install the following add on' Adobe DLM' from Adobe Systems Incorporated if you trust the website and the add on and to install it click here.
these above messages pop up almost at the same time. it will let me click on the active x message but it freezes.
on the red x i can click on ok or cancel to debug. but the computer then freezes for a minute then takes me warning page. telling me i can return to the adobe page check for more info.
what is happening here? how to fix this? or do i have a virus?
