adobe flash player download help needed !?

I've installed am running vista basic but when its loaded it pops up saying network error please check connection and try again but my inyernet connection is fine and running well...any ideas ? please help its really annoying me now !
 
First of all remove the previously installed adobe flash player, it may be corrupted due to virus.
Download a fresh and updated version of it from Filehippo.com or download.com they are virus and spyware free.

by downloading Add-on Such as WOT (Security), Finjan Secure Browsing (Security) and much more
