I'm having trouble installing 10.1 because it says that I have an older version installed. (I un-installed the previous version and restarted) Although it also says that a program is running it even though I have no browsers running. Please help.
Details: I do have spyware doctor and macaffee on my comp now and I was wondering if that took part. Thank you.
