Adobe Flash CS4 Motion Presets how to import new motion tweens?

Ok i just started working with flash cs4 im currently learning to make flash clocks for lg vu. its a good practice i guess. So i cant really make new motion tweens so i just use the motion presets the default ones. So i was wondering if I can download some more motion presets some good ones some new ones. and also can i download and use different fonts and other stuff. tell me how please. thank you
