i initially imported a WMV fiile into the flash, then it said WMV not supported =.=''' Then i convert to flv and import it in, TO MY HORROR.... The quality is just too shocking horrible... 
The flv file i converted to is 1280x720 it is supposing sharp and clear , right? but after i open the swf file, realise the quality is just so MUCH difference from the original video! Anyway, to solve this problem (or rather improve it) does MP4 help in anyway or what?!! AHHH!! need it for School PROJECT!! ;(
