My computer won't insall Adobe Flash player. I clicked on the link that says "install" and it says " you might see a yellow bar at the top of the screen. click on it" but no yellow bar comes up, and i'm just sitting there like an idiot, wondering how am i going to download this.
So how do I download Adobe Flash? I have windows vista. i think.
second question: I logged on to my computer and it took a looonng time. when it finally loaded, everything was different it was like i just got a new computer. My homepage was on default, my wallpaper was on default, i was logged out of all my accounts, my history was all gone, my favorites were all gone, even my personal pictures dissapeared, and i can't view any pictures or videoson the internet. At the bottom of the screen in my "toolbar" it says "Your profile didn't load correctly. heres how to help" and when i clicked on it, it dissapeared. so i changed mostly everythng back to normal and turned off the computer for the night. Next morning, I turned on the computer and logged on, everything was on default again. no more photos or wallpaper or homepage or anything.
How do I get everything back to normal?! Answer any of the two questions or both, please.
