Admissions portfolio to Pacific Northwest College of Art?

I haven't been drawing or painting consistently until over a year ago, and since then I think I've improved alot. Over the summer, family and friends started encouraging me to look into art schools. I've decided to go to the University of Iowa next year instead, to explore and make sure that I really want to be an art major since it's kinda new (and to save money.)
But I was encouraged to look into PCNA and I'm IN LOVE. It's my dream school to say the least, but since the acceptance rate is only 51% I'm afraid I won't get in, I don't know what I'm up against. Are portfolios usually amazing when kids are freshmen? (I still think I want to apply this year to see if I'll get in)

Here's a few things I've made lately... (I still need to scan everything and I don't have a camera so I used my phone :P)
