ok ive been doing this for like 3 weeks now.. i have problems dropping below 210. it just wont go.. i was eating ketchup n bbq sauce with my hamburgers. so i cut that. n im still 210. ive been eating alot of motz cheese sticks with some wallnuts as a snack. i eat 4 eggs with cheese in the morn salad n tuna with cheese for lunch tuna with cheese for break n salad n chicken wiuth cheese for dinner n cheese sticks n wallnuts for snack.
can i eat all that cheese. the package says 0 carbs. ive been donig just that for 2 weeks now. n still cant get below 210. can i eat all that cheese? or do i have to cut that too?
