I'm making dinner for friends tonight but both dishes require the oven and I'd like to bake them at the same time. One is for half an hour at 375 the other is for 45 minutes at 450- the later being pork tenderloin the earlier being carrots and potatoes. Is there a way to adust either of these times so that I can bake them at the same temp?

The easiest thing to do would be to bake the tenderloin at 450 and add the vegetables to the oven 25-30 minutes in. They will cook faster at a higher temp. The other option is to bake the tenderloin more like 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 375.
