Adjusted for inflation; non-defense discretionary spending has been flat for the past decade?

Mandatory spending like Veterans benefits, Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid have had a modest increase over the last decade.
Defense spending has shot through the roof at a whopping 134% over the past 10 years AFTER being adjusted for inflation!
So members of the right, of the three where would you like to see the most cuts?
