I recently got a Turtle Beach XLC, and I hooked it up, but the game sound is much louder then the game chat, almost 4 times louder. I'm using the splitter cable (my old tube TV doesn't have a headphone jack) and the TV does not effect the volume going into the headset. If I lower the volume via the mic, it lowers the game chat even more, making it inaudible. So, I was wondering if you could adjust the console volume somehow in the settings? My mic volume is at 10, and the music volume controls don't work for this.
Adjust xbox 360 volume (by console, not TV)?
