My five-year-old is in gymnastics. She LOVES it, and has some very natural talent for the sport.
She is also VERY active. She has been having issues in Kindergarten, so we went in for a referral. The pediatrician is almost sure medication would be helpful for her.
My question is this - Will ADHD stop my child from potential success in gymnastics? Will it dramatically change the level of activity she has for sports/play? Is there anything in particular I should be concerned about?
