I update AddressBook on my T3 from an Excel spreadsheet which I keep on my PC. No problem with doing any of this, but I want to have some of the entries marked as "Private", and I do not want to go through the list and do this manually on the Palm.

Question - is it possible to set up a field in the spreadsheet which corresponds to the "Private" function on the Palm, and what value should it be set to...?

Anyone any ideas??

You might want to try Smartlist To Go. The new version lets you link Excel spreadsheets. I also believe there are some plugins that let you link to the built-in PIM applications.
