Address from palm to Nokia 6230

How can I export the contacts in my Tungsten T to Nokia 6230 and synchronise the two sets of records from time to time?

I'm using palm desktop and not Outlook for storing the contacts.

I had the same problem, but synchronizing from Palm Desktop to N6230 seemed impossible.

I haven't tried it yet, but maybe it is possible to copy the Palm contacts to Outlook and sync from there. The Nokia Suite works well with Outlook. I will try to work on this myself since I also need to keep my T3 and phone directory synchronized.
 
You can export Palm Desktop contacts records to a CSV file. Once you've done that, you can then import the file into Outlook Express or the Windows Address book, both of which are listed as compatible sync applications by Nokia. It seems like this approach would work fine for some one not using Outlook.
