Hi, I'm trying to create some new lots to place in new community buildings from the expansions in my already existing town, but when I place a new lot next to the road and stick the building in it, it always sinks to raises to some altitude that is not even with the road, and is always a little away from the road. How do I go about placing new lots and building on them and making them look like a natural part of the town with nice even terrain and road access?
