Adding games onto Verizon phones from computer to phone?

When i plug a verizon phone into my computer there is no 'games' or 'apps' folder. Im wondering if i download games onto my computer that works with the pan-tech crux(phone im buying) where i put the games???? Please be specific! THANKS
