Adding files to your xbox 360 using Flash drive?

How do i add music , videos , pictures into my xbox 360 using my 8gb flash drive ?
 
You cannot save them to your hard drive. You can however, plug them into your controller port and view or listen to the files while it is plugged in by going to the appropriate tab (music, videos, or photos) and selecting the device.
