Hello, I have spent the last 2 hours ATTEMPTING to make a background image for my style sheet work. I have scoured countless websites and muttered several threats to my computer, and I have finally decided to ask for help.
I just need to add a picture to all html pages which are all running the same style sheet. I have tried everything I can think of and I can't get it.
