Adding a Date and A Time Visual Basic .NET?

I have a date of the format "9/18/2010" and now I want to add a time to it dynamically so that it becomes something like "9/18/2010 7:13:54 PM", how do I go about achieving this..Kidda' suck when it comes down to date manipulation in VB - . -'. If this is not possible, is there a DIRECT way to change THE TIME of "9/18/2010 7:13:54 PM" to anything I want dynamically..
