Over the last month iv gone to the gym every day. After a 12 after shift i go straight to the gym from work and after a 12 hour night shift i go before i go home.
But iv got to a point where i need to stop and rest for a week, iv got Army Selection in 2weeks and my knee's and shoulder are abit sore so with a few days rest they will be back on form.
But every day i think il have an easy day i cant do it and always end up going, so on the way i think il have an easy session and i always end up doing more.
Can anyone suggest any activites what keep me going but easy on my body. Im thinking bike rides, press ups and sit ups. But think its not enough.
Its gone midnight and al i can think of is the gym!!
I do lots of cardio, run between 1 and 3 miles.
Also i like going for a swim but i swim like an idiot, plus iv thought il just swim but end up in gym anyway!! Haha
