Addicted to endone

I have been using oxi's for pain relief as I fractured my vertebrae in an industrial accident.
5mg endone to start then 10 mg oxi. To cut a long story short I soon became addicted and started crushing the oxi to get instant effect. I have been taking about 50 to 60 mg a day for 5 weeks. Now my meRAB have run out and I am starting to withdraw. What should I do? Should I tell my doctor?
 
To be blunt...why tell the doc? You seem like you want to stop and if the withdrawls arent that bad (if I withdrawl, I couldn't log on to a computer to save my life) so it might not be as bad as you think.

Sorry...mind fart. If you are running out early, you obviously realise that you are not in a good position. Asking the doc for help is a personal decision, not one anyone here could or should answer.

Do you want to spend the remaining days you have left wondering which doctor you can fool for an early script or which doctor might not catch on or drive around late at night to :"score" cuz you cannot get a script till next week and eventually stealing from loved ones so you can buy your next hit cuz every doc you know has blacklisted you...as you can see, its pretty exciting to live this lifestyle and the best part is your at the early stages, it actually gets much much worse from there.
 
I found some tremadol 50 mg in the first aid kit and 2 tablets seems to be taking the edge off. I also just dropped 2 Burapha 25mg hopefully i can get some sleep tonight. I know this shit is no good for my liver but I hate hanging out.
