Adderall in the Military?

I am currently serving in the USMC reserves and wondering if it is possible for me to be prescribed some sort of ADD medication. I was never diagnosed with ADD as a child, but being in college now I feel like I just can't focus and have problems actually taking in what the professor is saying and it feels like it just goes in one ear and out the other. I have been told that this could be helped with Adderall, but I don't want to do anything that would get me in trouble with the Marines. Also, if it is possible, how would I go about getting prescribed some sort of medication? Would I have to go to a military doctor and how would I ask my COC? O and I would like to add that if in any way this would interfer with my military obligations I would not do it and just deal with it because that is more important for me. Thanks for your help
