Hi guys... ok.. ive lost a couple pounds.. one of my exercises is to walk.
Now im worried if i had come to a plateau ..so im thinking can i put some weight in a backpack and carry them when i go walking?
Ive read that its no good to be carrying weights on hand when walking... but how about putting them in backpack and carrying it?
