Acura CL manual transmission swap to Acura TL?

to switch to manual from auto cost about as much as car does and sometimes cant do it but if you could it would cost a lot more than just replacing or rebuilding the old one

seeing how the 1999 - 2003 acura TL and 2001 - 2003 CL are so closely related mechanically is it possible to swap a the manual transmission from the CL to the TL. The TL only comes in automatic with sportshift and the 1999 - 2003 generation has transmission problems, a class action lawsuit was even filed against Acura. The 2001 - 2003 acura CL automatic transmisson with sportshift also had many reported failures, but no problems were reported with the manual transmission for the CL.

how much would a manual transmission swap into the TL cost?
