Active Standby Apps and N73

On my N73, the only thing that gets displayed on Active Standby is the next upcoming calendar even (and the 5 apps for quick launch). recently I have seen screenshots of s60v3 phones that have much more info on the active standby screen, such as number of unread sms, number of unread voicemails, number of missed calls, current song played by media player, and last dialed #. I have searched around but I can't figure out how to activate any of these fields on my N73. Is it possible to get more info on there, and if so, how is it done?

Thanks,

On mine, everything except the currently playing music just pops up, but isn't actually part of the Active Standby screen.

The currently playing music is displayed when you minimize to the standby screen while the music is playing, although I'm not sure if this is Music Edition feature or not.

EDIT: The E61 Active Standby does display more in the way of received text and e-mail, so that might have been something you saw.

Hmm, I know what you mean by the pop-up, I get that as well, but you can't use active standby until you dismiss it, and once its gone its gone. I was hoping for actual items in the active standby screen rather than the little pop-up menus.

Nah, I think because of the limited screen space on some of the handsets, nokia has limited what is displayed on the active standby, except for the E61/62 which has the landscape screen and is marketed as an e-mailing/business phone that is competing with blackberry, etc.

I wish it wasn't the case, because I loved seeing the extra features on the E61 standby screen
