Activating DTS-HD on Yamaha?

My friend has Slumdog Millionaire on Blu-Ray and it is encoded in DTS-HD. It's being played on a PS3 with a Yamaha v-863 which is DTS-HD capable. I don't know what the deal is but every Decoder activates by itself besides DTS AND DOLBY HD.

Can someone tell us how to activate this DTS-HD?

and Yes, I am sure this blu-ray is DTS-HD compatible.
 
The PS3 can't bitstream the audio so you will never see DTS-HD light up on your receiver. The PS3 decodes lossless audio internally and sends it out as PCM.
