Actionscript code for button to open up a file/html file/link?

I need actionscript 2.0 code for this.

I have an image, and I want a button that opens up another file. Basically I have an image of my flash site and I want the user to be able to click on the button to open up the actual file (or swf or html whatever). What's a SIMPLE code for this? HELP PLEASE
