Action Replay codes? (Mario Kart DS + Pokemon Diamond)?

I need some action replay codes for the games Mario Kart DS and Pokemon Diamond. I need the codes that can make a Pokemon EV trained in a certain skill, such as attack or strength. I need a code that can get me any Pokemon I want by filling in numbers with the Pokemon's number, and I need a Mario Kart DS code that will help me modify the kart in an English version. Please don't give me a link but type the actual code unless it is too long. All these codes must be in English version.
