Most of us have seen the YouTube video of a FedEx driver throwing a computer monitor over a fence. This driver will probably be facing pretty stiff disciplinary action. If he had acted as though he knew he was being recorded he might have done his best to gently place the package over the fence. The resulting video would not have gone viral and the driver might now be up for a raise instead of a reprimand. More »
